Q- How does a coupon code work?

A- We, at Peony love to look after our customers. Every now and then we create a coupon code to help them save money on our products to show we care. Coupon codes are entered at the checkout to provide you with the specific discount.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Coupon codes to be used separately. Meaning; if we offer more than one coupon code you can use only 1 per checkout.


Q- What are the payment options?

A- At the mean time, Peony offers Cash On Delivery payment service only. However; we are currently working to provide you with website payments with PAYPAL,VISA and/or MASTERCARD.

Q- Can I return/exchange my order?

A- Our #1 goal at Peony is customer satisfaction.

Therefore; we offer our customers 14 days to return/exchange on all our products range.

To be able to get the return done, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

It also must be in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will contact you to notify you that your returned item has been received. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days (usually within 10 working days) through Bank Deposits', Vodafone Cash or Post Office.
